When you take the free 7 Layers quiz or opt in to the free Manual, we store your email address and optional first name along with your quiz answers. When you create a paid account, we store your email address only, which we use for magic-link sign-in. No passwords are stored on our end.
Inside the app, we store everything you create: your scan results, chamber inputs, Finder runs, practice logs, and your Architecture. This data is saved to your account only and is visible only to you and to Delfina, the operator, for the purpose of maintaining the app.
Purchases are handled by Stripe. We never see your card number, bank details, or payment information.
Your email is used for two things: to let you sign in, and to send you transactional emails (receipts, password resets, account changes) and any marketing emails you've opted into. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link, and you can change your subscription status at any time.
Your in-app work is used for exactly one purpose: to assemble and show you your own Architecture. We don't use it for advertising, analytics, training, or anything else. It is never sold, never shared publicly, and never read except to run the app itself.
Your data lives in Supabase, our database provider. Supabase has our data but does not access it, and the data is yours to download or delete at any time from inside your account.
Marketing emails are sent by Resend. Account sign-in runs on Vercel. Both are payment processors and cloud hosts who have standard access to what's needed to operate, but neither uses your data for their own purposes.
Only Delfina Alden has administrative access to the database. The Reality Gameboard is a solo operation, and your data goes nowhere it shouldn't.
On the marketing pages outside the app (the website, sales page, terms, and refund policy), we use Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity to see which pages people visit and how long they spend there. This is standard aggregate usage data. Clarity also records session replays to help us see how people use the site.
Inside the paid app at app.realitygameboard.com, there are no analytics and no tracking. Your work in the app is private to you.
These tools set standard browser cookies. If you prefer not to be tracked, you can turn off tracking in your browser settings.
We keep your account and in-app data for as long as you have it. If you delete your account from inside the app or request full deletion by email, we remove your data from our systems. If you unsubscribe from marketing emails, we stop sending them but keep your account data so you can access your Architecture and purchase history.
You can unsubscribe from marketing emails anytime by clicking the link in any email. You can download or export everything you've entered into the Gameboard from your Account settings. You can delete your account and all associated data from inside the app with the delete-my-data action, or you can email hello@send.realitygameboard.com to request full deletion.
Your data is yours. You can take it with you, or ask for it to be removed. There are no surprises here.
If we change how we handle your data, we will post the updated policy here and update the date. We'll tell you in an email if the change affects how your existing data is used.
